A premier Healthcare provider in the South Florida, Miami Jewish was faced with significant financial difficulties, eroding productivity, and near obsolete technology. Hospital patients and residential living tenants were often unable to connect with their loved ones due to non-existent wireless infrastructure, the corporate ERP system performance was unacceptable, website did not support the business adequately, and most operational activities were manual. The objective was to bring 21st century technology the institutional to enable growth and profitability.
